Interior design service The brief process of furnishing your property:
  1. We create an overall design that enhances the attractiveness of your property and makes the most of the space and every corner of the house.
  2. We help you choose materials and finishes that fit the space and reflect the style you want, and that will also create coziness and comfort in the apartment.
  3. We order materials and furniture, handle payment, delivery, installation, assembly, and final cleaning of the property.
The entire process of furnishing and equipping takes approximately 1-2 weeks from the moment the estimate is agreed upon with the owner. In addition to furnishing, we also equip the property with household goods such as dishes, coffee maker, kettle, bed linen, towels, iron, and cleaning products. We offer three interior design options: a standard package, a premium package, and a luxury package.

Cleaning service

We provide a professional cleaning service to ensure your property is always in pristine condition. Our expert housekeepers are trained to clean your property thoroughly before and after each booking, and perform property inspections after each guest's departure. Additionally, guests can request daily housekeeping services to maintain a clean and comfortable stay during their visit.

Enhanced Owner’s Portal

In addition to our rental management services, we provide special services for property owners to ensure their peace of mind. Our landlords have access to an online portal where they can view a real-time calendar of their property's availability, track all bookings (past, present, and future), book a stay for themselves, view financial transactions and utility bills, and contact their dedicated Owner Service Manager through the online contact form. Our team is always available to assist and answer any questions you may have about your property.

Onboarding process

We understand that preparing a property for short-term rental can be time-consuming and complicated, which is why we offer a comprehensive service to streamline the process. Our team will handle all the necessary paperwork and arrangements, including connecting your property to essential utilities like electricity, water, gas, air conditioning, internet and television. We also communicate with building management companies, obtaining permits for furniture delivery and repairs, and offer expert advice on complying with local laws and regulations, as well as your rights and obligations as a property owner.

Property security

We prioritize the safety and security of your property. We take several measures to ensure this, such as registering all guests with the Emirate of Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism and the management company, requiring a mandatory deposit upon check-in, and implementing a document verification procedure that includes identity verification. In addition, we have a 24/7 on-call service with security guards at the residential complexes where the property is located to quickly respond to any violations of Dubai's laws and regulations regarding accommodation, as well as fire and sanitary safety rules and regulations.

Property Maintenance

We offer a scheduled maintenance and repair service at reduced rates, with our team handling the planning and execution. This ensures that your property is well-maintained and any necessary repairs are taken care of promptly, minimizing any potential inconvenience to you or your guests.

What documents do I need to start renting on short term basis?

Documentation requirements:
  • Copy of individual owner's passport or UAE ID, or for a company, copy of the owner/partner's passport or UAE ID, and license documents or articles of association;
  • Owner’s Title Deed or Oqood;
  • Authorization form from DTCM signed by the owner or authorized signatory, with proof of authorization;
  • Green Bill from Dubai Electricity and Water Authority in the name of the owner.
