RAD Holiday Homes is a full-service short-term rental management company, in partnership with Blue Whale Real Estate, a licensed brokerage firm (license no.1059525 from the Department of Economy and Tourism of the Emirate of Dubai). We offer a complete range of investment services in residential real estate in the Emirate of Dubai

Licensed by the Department of Economy and Tourism of the Emirate of Dubai (License No. 1121232) and operating in accordance with Decree No. 41 of 2013, which governs the rental of holiday homes.

Our mission at RAD Holiday Homes is to provide property owners with a stable income from their residential property investments.

With Blue Whale Real Estate, we assist buyers throughout the entire transaction for the purchase and sale of real estate, from search to thorough verification of profitable residential property in Dubai, ending with the receipt of Title Deed (a document of ownership).

RAD Holiday Homes specializes in offering short-term rental services to property owners, allowing them to earn a stable income on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. We also provide comprehensive furnishing and equipping services for real estate, in accordance with Decree No. 41 of 2013, to make life easier for property owners and enable them to start earning income from their investments in real estate as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. In addition, we provide assistance and support to our customers in obtaining residence permits and opening bank accounts.

What documents do I need to start renting on short term basis?

Documentation requirements:
  • Copy of individual owner's passport or UAE ID, or for a company, copy of the owner/partner's passport or UAE ID, and license documents or articles of association;
  • Owner’s Title Deed or Oqood;
  • Authorization form from DTCM signed by the owner or authorized signatory, with proof of authorization;
  • Green Bill from Dubai Electricity and Water Authority in the name of the owner.
