Our standard check-in time starts from 3pm UAE time, however, we are flexible and willing to accommodate other requests where possible. The earlier we know about your preferred check-in time, the better our chances of being able to adjust the schedule to suit your needs.

Security deposit is a fee in addition to the rent, used as a form of protection in case the guest breaches the Holiday Home Lease Contract, which can be used to cover costs such as property damage, cleaning, key replacement. Security deposit amount varies from the room type between 1500 AED for apartments and 5000 AED for villas.

The Terms & Conditions are in place to protect all parties involved in the booking and to prevent any issues from arising. It clearly outlines how everything works and the responsibilities of each person while sharing a home. All guests must read and agree to our reservation Terms & Conditions, as well as the House Rules, which are in accordance with the regulations set by the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).As a mandatory procedure, all guests are required to read and sign the Holiday Home Lease Contract during check-in. This document outlines all the necessary rules that must be followed during your stay.

Standard check-out time is between 11 am to 12 pm UAE time. Flexible check-out until 1pm may be available subject to availability and additional charge. Guaranteed check-out between 1pm-3pm requires half day charge. Check-out after 3 pm requires booking an additional night stay. All late check-out requests must be informed at least 48 hours in advance.

Dubai Tourism Authority has mandated that we obtain a copy of your photographic identification, which can be either your passport, Emirates ID, or GCC-issued ID. In addition, we will also require your email address and phone number for emergency contact purposes. These requirements have been put in place to ensure that your stay is hassle-free and pleasant.
